I wasn’t blissful when the realtor told us there was a cannabis dispensary in our area.
When I found out there was a cannabis dispensary across the street from our home, I was even less blissful.
I tried to get out of the sale, although I was sitting at the table, and they opened the cannabis dispensary after the last time my wonderful friend and I made the decision to go to the house. I had three young children. I didn’t want a cannabis dispensary across the street. The lawyer agreed with me, even though she wanted to check something out. She asked me to wait in the meeting while she talked to the realtor. I could hear the realtor denying that she knew anything about the cannabis dispensary. She said she would have confessed the information. The lawyer muttered something about it being usual knowledge for almost a year. She was sure she had to have known something about the cannabis dispensary. She realized the door was open and closed it, however fifteen minutes later, she re-entered the room and sat down. The realtor came in behind him. She nodded and she apologized for the miscommunication. She had another household that was in an part where the nearest stores were blocks away, but still within walking distance. The household was a new community that was built by the owner of the real estate agency; Although it was more than I wanted to pay, she would sell it to me for the same price I had agreed on. The household had four kitchens and three bathrooms. I wanted to look at it first, but it sounded perfect for me.
