A few weeks ago, my friends and I decided to go to a campground for the weekend.
The camping area is about 45 minutes from my apartment, but it’s a nice drive.
We took our tents, sleeping bags, lanterns, and chairs. We even took a rake so we could clear all of the leaves away from the tents. Right now it is snake season and it is very important to make sure that the leaves are away from the tent. That’s where the snakes like to hide. It wasn’t supposed to rain that weekend, but it was very wet and cold. At night there was a ton of moisture in the air and in the morning the fog made everything very wet. The temperatures were unreasonably cold and I didn’t stay warm inside of my cheap $25 sleeping bag. The only thing good about the weekend was the fact that my friend Jack brought a bunch of recreational marijuana supplies from the dispensary. Jack works at a recreational marijuana dispensary near me. The guy has been a delivery driver for a long time. He gets a pretty good discount on all of the recreational marijuana products at the store. When my friends and I hang out, Jack is always the person that brings recreational marijuana supplies. Jack brought a pretty good mix of pre-rolls, edibles, vape pens, and dried marijuana flower. I was wet and cold, but at least I was high. When the weekend came to a close on Sunday, I was happy that we were heading back home to my apartment where it was dry, warm, and clean.
