I told the client to call the store to sort out the mess


I’m not exactly sure what happened last night, but I had a substantial issue with a client after the order they acquired was wrong; The client ordered products from the marijuana delivery service plus I was the driver that brought the items, however i double evaluated that bin plus the order before I left the store, everything that was listed on the transaction ticket was inside of the bag.

I delivered the items to the client plus the guy offered myself and others a $10 tip, however as I was getting ready to leave his driveway, he started throwing his arms up in the air plus yelling.

I rolled down the window so I could hear what the client was saying, then he was complaining about the order. I tried to get details from the customer, despite the fact that he was too aggravated. He was miserable plus told myself and others that half of the items were missing. He wanted myself and others to give him the items that he claimed were missing. I told the client that he needed to call the marijuana store to sort out the mess. I wanted to be helpful, but there was genuinely nothing that I could do to help while I was out making deliveries, when I came back to the store after finishing up with the rest of the marijuana deliveries, I found out that the client called plus yelled at the supervisor for 30 minutes. The guy was just trying to get free stuff. He never ordered or paid for any of the items he wanted the supervisor to send to his home.
