Hemp and CBD is so healthy for you


I will admit I am a big fan of hemp seeds.

My cannabis dispensary hooks me up with them and I am addicted.

Do you take protein powder? It is disgusting and not as good for you as hemp. Do you take vitamins? Take a yummy seed and get protein and omega 3s through that. It is easy to disguise hemp in a meal as well. I toss hemp seeds in my yogurt that I mix with granola and fruit. I also toss some hemp milk, bought from my local cannabis store, in my morning smoothie. You can put hemp seeds in a salad or cereal too. They blend right in and do so many good things for the body. I feel healthier and look great. Hemp also is great for heart, brain and mental health as well. Another cannabis product I rely on is a CBD product. Since I am constantly eating seeds I prefer an oil base for this one. Throwing CBD oil in a drink is nothing. You don’t smell or taste anything. Why get CBD oil? You can reduce anxiety, help with depression, inflammation and chronic pain. CBD is not as health conscious as hemp but more medically helpful in my opinion. I typically like to use a full spectrum CBD blend in order to sleep at night. There is just a hint of THC that really puts me right to sleep. It is natural, heatly and much better than any kind of sleeping pill. My friends call me a hippie since I am obsessed with taking natural products and a hemp lover.
