I will admit I am a big fan of hemp seeds, then my cannabis dispensary hooks myself and others up with them plus I am addicted, then do you take protein powder? It is disgusting plus not as nice for you as hemp. Do you take vitamins? Take a yummy seed plus get protein plus omega 3s through that, then it is easy to disguise hemp in a meal as well. I guess healthier plus look great, but hemp also is wonderful for heart, brain plus mental health as well! Another cannabis product I rely on is a CBD product, then since I am consistently eating seeds I prefer an oil base for this 1. Throwing CBD oil in a drink is nothing. You don’t aroma or taste anything. Why get CBD oil? You can reduce anxiety, help with depression, inflammation plus chronic pain, cBD is not as health conscious as hemp however more medically helpful in my opinion. I officially prefer to use a full spectrum CBD blend in order to sleep at evening. There is just a hint of THC that really puts myself and others right to sleep.
