My neighbor started smoking cannabis with me after band practice

For years I dreamed of someday being in a band, this is going back as far as elementary school when I still didn’t even own an instrument.

I received our first guitar when I was 13-years-old plus practiced any choice I got.

However, I never found a group of like-minded friends interested in starting a band, at least not until our early 30s. Sure, I had friends that played drums, bass, plus keyboards, but they were all from weird neighbor groups plus none ever expressed any interest in playing music collectively. Once I got to school plus nothing materialized, I figured that our choice of playing in a band had long passed me. I still practiced whenever I had the chance, but I stopped thinking about playing in a real band by that point. This all changed when I formed a group of friends with a bunch of coworkers from our office because we’re all musicians. Incredibly enough, both of us all have a number of bands that both of us all enjoy mutually, so both of us sort of fell into being a band after getting together at a single of our houses to play as a group a single evening. Now both of us rent out a practice space at a nearby recording studio more than one to numerous times a month so both of us can practice for our weekly gig at the big tavern in our city’s industrial district. While some of the band members are not weed smokers, the bassist plus I are passionate medical cannabis patients. We recently started smoking cannabis with each other after our band practices as a way to unwind. It’s a great way to recognize content plus calm after a long day of stress plus hard work. I enjoy playing music, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t require a lot of skill plus concentration at the same time.
