What we do is make websites, use search engine marketing strategies to have those sites rank well on google and add social media platforms to them.
Typically our business handles those in the HVAC industry. I have made 100s of heating and cooling websites. I have written HVAC content, talked about heat pumps, the benefits of ductwork cleaning, you name it. I lean heavily into reds and blues when making these sites. I am not a huge fan of dealing with the HVAC business owners however. A typical HVAC owner is an older, hwit man in his late 50s. It is usually a family run business that hasn’t changed much over the years. The problem is that these men don’t know what they are paying for. They don’t understand what a website can do for you and what even SEO is. Some of them don’t even own computers. That is rough. My company has slowly been branching into the cannabis field. Working with dispensary owners is so much better. Marijuana dispensary SEO is much more challenging, new and fun. These people are younger and familiar with technology. They usually have social media platforms ready to go, I just need to take them over. I am not starting from scratch with the website anymore. Also, I usually get better images supplied by the company as well. They don’t offer feedback either. I can make a better cannabis dispensary website and help it rank better on google than for a HVAC company.
