I also am worried about hiring budtenders. Who would want to work for me? I looked online on how to make myself approachable and the advice was ridiculous. I did find some good tips though for business owners. There are cannabis business consultants that can handle the people’s side of things. I have already talked to a marijuana consultant. The guy even knows the grower I want! He is going to make that business connection and get the guy to supply me with the products. The cannabis consultant can even hire a team for me. I don’t have to mess around with any people.
