Opening up a cannabis dispensary isn’t for the faint of heart. There are so many steps that you need to take to have a fully functioning business. I realized that I didn’t have any 401K options or cannabis retirement planning. I didn’t have attendance and timekeeping software. I had no idea on how to do payroll. I was told that having an HR department would be a good idea too. I didn’t want to do this all on my own. Thankfully I found a cannabis dispensary software business that can do all of this. They got me set up with programs that make my business run smoothly. There are attendances softwares, payroll services and human resource partners all set up now. I also have great retirement options for my workers. I feel so much better now that all my ducks are in a row. I know cannabis and I know how to sell it. There is just so much with dispensaries. I can’t be expected to know how to do everything and run it myself.
