I have l earned which strains of cannabis are energy boosting & which are calming. I like to concentrate on high CBD levels in products to treat pain, stiffness & inflammation. I use a combination of topicals & tinctures that work well, however before a workout, I like to vape a sativa strain, however the higher THC levels are relaxing for clearing our head & motivating me. If I end up lying in bed, unable to sleep, I choose an indica edible. The equal levels of THC & CBD & the more intense & long-lasting effects of the edible are the ideal combination. My biggest concern is getting our hands on cannabis products. I simply don’t have time to deal with traffic, find a parking arena & wait in line at the dispensary. Because of the delivery service, I now purchase mostly online. I can shope while I was in our dinner hours, in the day before work or at any time of the day or night. I arena an order through the dispensary’s website & arrange delivery.
