Cannabis and pain management


I sporadically get a little bit too hardcore when I labor out… I get gleeful about a modern exercise & I go too long, too hard, & abuse my muscles… When I saw Simone Biles do a wolf turn on the floor, I had to learn it.

I began practicing & practicing, my butt, legs, & feet started killing me.

I then started doing Connor Mcgregor workouts & then began following Chris Hemsworth videos. I care about getting into ridiculous workout stuff. Frequently I get sore to the point that getting out of bed is tough. I make sure to stretch in the morning, before a workout, & before I go to bed. Icy hot, ice, & heating pads used to be a constant source of supplier for me; Now I rely on marijuana & it is a much better fit, however cannabis is way better for inflammation of the muscles. I found myself a topical & the recreational cannabis dispensary near me. It is just like an icy hot, only better. It doesn’t have that sharp scent & greasy residue though. It smells more like lavender, applies lighter, & lasts a lot longer. It doesn’t get me high since it is a CBD product that doesn’t get in the bloodstream. It works wonders on my sore muscles. When I get a little too rough, I rely on the CBD bath bomb that I option up at the local weed shop near me! The bath bomb smells pleasant & relaxes my entire body. I don’t admit to my friends how often I am taking baths with fuzzy bombs in them, but I honestly love it.
