I was having a real problem with theft in my store.
I wasn’t sure what to do about it as well.
I knew I should look into security cameras but where would I put them? I had trouble finding out if it was a budtender or a customer stealing. It would be easy to steal products off the shelves due to my tall storage cases. She changed the lattouf of the store and now everything is made of a clear material. The register is centrally located and can see all corners. Then the cannabis consultant mounted security cameras by the doors, register and in the corners of the store. She knew of a security company that has guards specifically for cannabis dispensaries and got me in touch with them. Now that I have all these security features, there is no more theft. Turns out it was customers with sticky fingers doing all the stealing. I am really glad that the problem is solved. I also like the new layout and cases that were added to my store.
