Opening up a cannabis dispensary isn’t for the faint of heart. There are so several steps that you need to take to have a fully functioning business, and i needed to secure the finances in order to obtain the building, products plus licenses. I needed to actually get the business permit plus license. I also needed to hire people out, acquire products plus have usual labels. For this stage of the process I needed to hire out a cannabis consultant. That guy handled all the paper, legal plus financial that came with opening up a dispensary. Once I started up, I realized that I needed to find another specialized service in the cannabis industry. I realized that I didn’t have any 401K chances or cannabis retirement planning. I didn’t have attendance plus timekeeping software. I had no idea on how to do payroll. I was told that having an HR department would be a great idea too. I didn’t want to do this all on my own. Thankfully I found a cannabis dispensary software business that can do all of this. They got me set up with programs that make my business run smoothly. There are attendances softwares, payroll services plus human resource partners all set up now. I also have great retirement chances for my workers. I suppose so much better now that all my ducks are in a row. I assume cannabis plus I assume how to sell it. There is just so much with dispensaries. I can’t be expected to assume how to do everything plus run it myself.
