I told the customer to call the store to sort out the mess


I’m not exactly sure what happened last night, even though I had a important issue with a customer after the order they received was wrong, but the customer ordered products from the marijuana delivery service & I was the driver that brought the items, i double checked that bag & the order before I left the store… Everything that was listed on the transaction ticket was inside of the bag.

I delivered the items to the customer & the guy provided myself and others a $10 tip, and as I was getting ready to leave his driveway, he started throwing his arms up in the air & yelling.

I rolled down the window so I could hear what the customer was saying, and he was complaining about the order. I tried to get details from the customer, however he was too aggravated. He was irritated & told myself and others that half of the items were missing. He wanted myself and others to give him the items that he claimed were missing. I told the customer that he needed to call the marijuana store to sort out the mess. I wanted to be helpful, however there was really nothing that I could do to help while I was out making deliveries, but when I came back to the store after finishing up with the rest of the marijuana deliveries, I found out that the customer called & yelled at the supervisor for 30 minutes. The guy was just trying to get free stuff. He never ordered or paid for any of the items he wanted the supervisor to send to his home.
