I told the patron to call the store to sort out the mess


I’m not exactly sure what happened last night, but I had a large issue with a patron after the order they acquired was wrong! The patron ordered products from the marijuana delivery repair and I was the driver that brought the items, however i double checked that bag and the order before I left the store… Everything that was listed on the transaction ticket was inside of the bag.

  • I delivered the items to the patron and the woman gave me a $10 tip, then as I was getting ready to leave her driveway, she started throwing her arms up in the air and yelling.

I rolled down the window so I could hear what the patron was saying, she was complaining about the order. I tried to get details from the customer, however she was too agitated. She was angry and told me that half of the items were missing. She wanted me to give him the items that she claimed were missing. I told the patron that she needed to call the marijuana store to sort out the mess. I wanted to be helpful, however there was entirely nothing that I could do to help while I was out making deliveries, and when I came back to the store after finishing up with the rest of the marijuana deliveries, I found out that the patron called and yelled at the supervisor for 30 minutes. The woman was just trying to get free stuff. She never ordered or paid for any of the items she wanted the supervisor to send to her home.
