Gary and I had one heck of a weekend. This was the first time we had gotten to hang out together in over three years! I flew up to see him for a quick three-day vacation. Gary has an incredible condo right on the beach. I will admit that I didn’t spend as much time surfing as I expected, because there was too much other stuff we wanted to do. When Gary picked me up from the airport, he asked me what I wanted to do first. The answer was easy – I wanted to go to the cannabis dispensary. Where I live cannabis has not been made legal yet. Perhaps next year we will get medical cannabis passed during the election, but that’s not a sure thing. As the rest of the country adopts new cannabis laws, my state remains trapped in the past! This is why the first thing I wanted to do was go shopping for legal cannabis. Gary took me to the cannabis shop near his house, where he has an account set up. I went a little crazy there, because it was my first time inside a cannabis dispensary and I wanted to try a little of everything! Three hundred dollars later we left the store, and I had enough cannabis products to keep both of us good and stoned for the whole vacation. This is why I didn’t do very much surfing, because I was too busy smoking cannabis and laughing with Gary. Overall it was one amazing weekend, and I cannot wait to go back and see him again.
