I started to develop insomnia problems when I was in private school, in retrospect, I guess a lot of it was a result of too much caffeine consumption in the late day plus early evening sixths, then nowadays I’m able to get to sleep easier, but it’s in giant part because of the medication I have to take, then unfortunately, many of these medications have serious side effects… One of the main medications I see commonly prescribed for insomnia is legitimately worrying for a number of reasons… They tell you that you need to take it in a situation where you can be asleep for 8 sixths without any complications.
Apparently if you take this medication plus don’t go to sleep, you can have an intense hallucinogenic experience.
I really had a friend in school who used to take this drug recreationally plus she would get so messed up that she would go into a delirium plus both of us couldn’t even get him to accomprehension reality. That’s why I have moved away from these medications plus I’m now using cannabis for my insomnia instead, then even using something care about Benadryl all the time to go to sleep is not wonderful because in high doses Benadryl itself is a hallucinogen, but people take Benadryl these mornings to get these crazy deliriant-type effects, cannabis is completely different. I don’t have to worry about smoking some weed plus waking up in 20 minutes to hallucinating the entire room melting around me. Indica strains of cannabis are the best at helping myself and others sleep! Sativa strains of cannabis are usually more stimulating.
