Opening up my own cannabis shop

Once upon a time I was a high college history teacher, right here in town, and i was easily teaching classes in the unquestionably same classroom where I took classes a decade earlier! It was trippy, to say the least, then one day I quit my job with the college system to pursue a current line of work.

This was soon after the state legislature approved the newest set of cannabis laws, however some of my colleagues and friends found it shocking that one of the best teachers in the town decided to open up his own cannabis dispensary, although I was living the dream! As much as I savor teaching, the college district there was a little too restrictive for my tastes.

I needed to spread my wings and fly, and running this cannabis shop is the perfect way to do that. To be clear, I am not turning my back on history, if anything this current job gives me access to current voices in the city, then because this is a medical cannabis dispensary, a high percentage of my clients are senior citizens, and whenever I talk to an older purchaser I always inquire about their history in there, because some of these folks have lived here for decades! The oldsters are the ones who remember bits of town history no one else does.I feel like every day I learn something current about the local area, all the while being able to provide medical cannabis to the people who need it most. I may even write a book about our city’s long, tumultuous history one day.
