I made it all the way up the mountain without getting into an accident, but as soon as I got into our own driveway, things changed
Sunday was a genuinely busy night at the marijuana dispensary plus I worked until 1 a.m. All of us stopped taking deliveries at 11 plus the last driver left the store at 11:30. The marijuana delivery driver did not return until 12:45, myself plus several other employees were waiting for the driver to come back, because all of us cannot leave until almost everyone has returned to the building. I understand why that rule is in locale plus it keeps almost everyone safe. I have no concern waiting around for the delivery drivers to come back to the building. I was genuinely exhausted plus hungry plus it was starting to rain. I genuinely do not prefer driving in the rain. That is a single of the reasons why I do not work as a delivery driver. I could drive all afternoon plus all night if the weather was clear, but I am a wreck as soon as it starts raining. I was trying to get back to our home before the rain started, but it was already coming down taxing when I left the store. I traveled as slowly as possible on the back roads. They were already wet plus muddy. There were potholes all over the road plus I thought I was going to lose a tire. I made it all the way up the mountain without getting into an accident, but as soon as I got into our own driveway, things changed. I started sliding on the mud plus I slammed on the brakes instead of applying them gently. I slammed right into the mailbox plus took it out completely.
